There are common traits among entrepreneurs, artists, explorers, scientists, and world changers. We are searching, we are making, we are building, we are communicating. As someone who understands this drive to live a life that really matters, I strive to bring excellence to every project I take on at here at Rainy Day Studio.
My clients know this. When working with creative individuals, it is important to accurately communicate their message in a way that is true to their voice. But it is equally important to make sure that the people to whom the message is being sent understand and are allowed to respond to that message.
That's where I come in. I started Rainy Day Studio to provide a holistic approach to design and marketing. I am here as a consultant, coach, graphic designer, sounding board, strategist, artist, encourager, and implementer. I make sure that we have a clear definition of each marketing and design project as well as a thorough understanding of the big picture. Then, when I create the design pieces such as web design, brochures, logos, ads, posters, the message does what it is intended to do.
So, if you're ready to talk about how to connect with the people who need what you have, give me a call or send an email and we'll set up a time.

How to Develop a Marketing Strategy
Developing a successful marketing strategy involves more than just thinking about brochures, signs. It's important to create a strategic marketing plan for your business.
As I consult with you we will put together a plan that is specific to your business personality. We will look at who you are as a business, who is your target market, what makes you different and how to connect and communicate that difference with your current and future customers.
As you begin your journey of developing your marketing strategy, I recommend you write down three statements.
Your Mission:
One of the first things to do is to develop a clear mission statement that is unique to you. This statement is a declaration of why you do what you do. " It is a compelling and inspirational answer to the question "Why are we doing this?"
I would advise that if your current mission statement is something like,"Our mission is to provide quality services and products to our customers.", you may want to work on developing a new one.
Your Position:
This is how your customers perceive you in the marketplace, not how you see yourself. There is a difference. This is where you determine who is your ideal customer, what makes you different from your competition, and how are you going to connect with that ideal customer.
Your Vision:
This is a statement of where you want to be in the future. This takes imagination. This is about dreaming and creating goals for where you want to go.
These three statements, will provide the framework on which to hang your entire marketing strategy. If you would like me to help you through this process, contact me here or give me a call at 715-340-4664. |
